All STMC online resources use the same password, and most use the same username username, (...grad20xx). The exceptions are G Suite and the mySTMC portion of the STMC Website, both of which use your full @my.stmc.bc.ca email address as the username. If you're sure you know your campus username/email and password, but it’s not working, your account may be temporarily locked out for security reasons. Wait 15 minutes and try again. Still can't login? Your password has probably expired! To reset:
  - Log on to an STMC campus computer.
  - Press CTRL-ALT-DEL
  - Select ‘Change a Password’
Follow the prompts and change your password to one meeting the Password Specs and you should have access to all services again.

Password Specs:
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least 3 of these 4 security characteristics:
  1. Capital letters
  2. Lower-case letters
  3. Numbers
  4. Special characters
